THE DEVELOPMENT CENTER The Development Center, Inc. (TDC), an Orange County, CA based organizational development company, specializes in developing sustained performance improvement at individual, team and organizational levels. We provide unique proprietary consulting, training and tools. We know what works and what does not in order to transforming employee potential into real productivity. The Development Center was founded in 1983 as a result of action research in the area of performance management. TDC believes that the "missing link" in sustained individual, team and organizational productivity is systematic management and motivation . . . the job-person relationship, boss-subordinate relationship, peer-peer relationships, team relationships. TDC has successfully developed and implemented processes and systems, core training curriculum and an entire product series to assist business in performance enhancement at all levels. We at The Development Center believe that while generic training may produce a "quick fix" results are not sustained back on the job.
